According to authorities, Kallen was involved in a fatal motorcycle collision near Main Avenue in Bismarck. Investigators reported that the Kawasaki motorcycle he was operating struck the rear passenger side of a Ford pickup while traveling westbound. The tragic incident remains under active investigation as loved ones continue to process the heartbreaking loss.
